I take time to create a safe and inviting space with focus on the therapeutic relationship. I provide a non-judgmental, trauma informed, holistic and caring approach with a splash of humor. I am passionate about providing ketamine assisted psychotherapy and hold a certificate in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. I mainly provide a "bottom up" approach such as EMDR (Eye movement and desensitization reprocessing), ego state therapy, IFS, acceptance and commitment therapy, and KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy). I believe we all have our own inner healing intelligence and with the right support and care, we can tap into that inner healer and begin a journey of wellness, growth, and most importantly healing. As Carl Rogers once said "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself, just as I am, then I can change". I provide: 90 minute EMDR sessions 3 hour ketamine assisted psychotherapy sessions 55 minute psychotherapy sessions I do not take insurance but I do offer a sliding scale Contact me today to learn more!
